Since the release of the beta version of Counter-Strike 2, many fans have been actively exploring the game files in search of at least indirect information about what content to expect in the near future. A few days ago, one of the data miners made an impressive discovery: he found files that may be associated with a new, twelfth operation. You can expect its release in the coming months.

Skins for weapons and other items
Twitter user @gabefollower, who discovered these materials, mentions that several files have appeared in Counter-Strike 2, which could potentially appear in the next operation. These are three new collections of weapons, pins, as well as a new type of cosmetic items called “pets”. (probably these are alternative looks for chickens or other animals).
Tentative names of new collections – Counter Strike, Myths & Monsters and Pop Comic. The user posted a screenshot showing all the skins from these collections. After @gabefollower published the data he found, other users also began searching. Among them was a Brazilian YouTuber who published a screenshot with several more screens that are not yet in the game.

As for the new pins, it is mentioned that they may come in a new capsule called Pins Series 4. It contains eleven items, some of which have the same names as well-known cards (Vertigo, Ancient, Anubis). As for the "pets", no images related to them have yet been found, so it remains unclear how this idea could be implemented in the game.
What content could be released in the next operation?
Each operation in CS:GO – This is a limited time event where players gain access to new content. It usually lasts for several months, and players may need to purchase a special pass to gain access to exclusive content. In addition, they can complete special missions to receive additional rewards. Based on previous operations, these may include:
- new collections of skins created by Valve or community members;
- a new case with exclusive skins and sets of knives or gloves;
- new maps, often selected from among the additions created community.
Although there has been no official confirmation from Valve regarding the upcoming operation, @gabefollower suggests that the new operation could be released in the summer of 2023, since it is at this time that Counter-Strike 2 is scheduled to exit beta.
