In a recent interview with the HLTV portal, Marco “Snappi” Pfeiffer, who has recently been the leader of c0ntact, spoke about his plans and what awaits the team in the future. In the previous season of the Flashpoint tournament, c0ntact could only take ninth place, but now she hopes to improve this result. There are only two players left from the old lineup – Rocas “EspiranTo” Milasaucas and Otto "ottoNd" Sihvo. In addition to Snappi, the new roster included Rigon “rigoN” Gashi and Lotan "Spinx" Giladi.
Snappi joined c0ntact in June, when the team was not performing very well, in particular, did not qualify for cs_summit 6. Changes in the lineup and a break in official performances helped to cope with this problem. The player emphasized that it was important not only to select strong participants, but also to create the right atmosphere in the team. Although rigoN and Spinx – These are young players who still have a lot to learn, and they have the mindset that will allow them to improve quickly.
In the near future, c0ntact will take part in DreamHack Masters Winter and Flashpoint 2. Marco noted that the main difficulty for the team now will be the fact that changes in the lineup occurred shortly before participation in the tournament. Therefore, the main task for them will be to leave the group.
The first official match of the new Contact lineup will take place on Thursday – they have to play against fnatic.
