Skins in the post-apocalyptic style are quite popular: players like it when weapons look like they have their own story. In addition, even high float options usually look good, since abrasions and scratches are already part of the design. Glock-18 Wasteland Rebel
One of the convincing ways to give expressiveness to a skin – paint its surface with sweeping graffiti. This is exactly the path the authors chose Glock-18 Wasteland Rebel. The body of the pistol is painted in muted tones, and a half-erased orange pattern is visible in its upper part. However, it is covered by the inscription “Kill Them All”, painted in white paint and quite understandable without translation.
USP-S Flashback
Designed in a similar style USP-S Flashback. Against the background of worn camouflage paint with dirt stains, you can see several inscriptions, the most notable of which – "SHHH!" (“TSSS!”) on the muffler. However, given the effectiveness and destructive power of this weapon, the peace symbol on the handle looks somewhat contradictory.
MP5-SD Kitbash (Skillful Hands)
Sometimes the creators of skins in this style repaint the weapon so that it looks like it has been repaired many times, and some parts are held in place only by duct tape. It is this design that makes the MP5-SD Kitbash memorable. The dark blue body of the weapon is crossed in several places by strips of adhesive tape, and is also decorated with stickers and inscriptions. Add a couple of stickers – here they will look especially appropriate.
AWP Acheron (Acheron)
But in the design AWP Acheron the theme of radiation is used. Interestingly, the same pattern is also present on the MAC-10 Nuclear Garden, but there it is painted in acid-bright shades of green. Here, instead, the skinmakers chose blue, white and blood red – looks somewhat less bright, but the pattern itself is better distinguishable – bones and skulls with a radiation hazard symbol on them.
Hand Wraps Duct Tape
In the selection of post-apocalyptic items you cannot do without gloves made from scrap materials. They look Hand Wraps Duct Tape, maybe not very bright, but realistic – they are made from scraps of rags and strips of adhesive tape.
Bayonet Rust Coat
Another way to show that weapons have seen a lot in their lifetime – paint a layer of rust on its surface. This effect is created by one of the variants of skins for knives, namely, Bayonet Rust Coat. The location of the rust spots on the surface depends on the pattern index, but in any case the blade looks like it has been used quite often.
