The Brazilian esports organization MIBR has published information on how they will select players for their youth team. In the second half of summer, MIBR organizes the event “Feitos no Brasil”. Based on its results, one of the project participants will have the opportunity to join the youth roster.
First, the coach of the Brazilian team, Renato “nak” Nakano will watch games on Gamers Club, Brazil's most popular matchmaking platform, to find promising players. He'll be sharing the results on his Twitch channel, analyzing the moves and tactics of the eSports athletes he's noticed.
The top 20 participants will then be divided into teams that will take part in the Feitos no Brasil Tournament by Betway. Although the selection process will take into account individual skills, this does not mean that the highest performing member will necessarily be awarded a spot on the team. The final decision will be made by nak and youth coach Enrique “rikz” Waku, who recently moved to this position from DETONA. Nak noted that he expects to find a player who can not only compete at a professional level, but also supports the values of MIBR.
