The most expensive charm in CS2 right now is Charm | Butane Buddy from the Dr Boom collection: the cheapest copy on LIS-SKINS costs about $115. It is followed by Lil' Boo (about $75) and 8 Ball IGL (about $30), while the rest of the top 10 runs from $10 to $25. Most charms still cost under a dollar, so the expensive ones are mainly Extraordinary-rarity charms and copies with rare patterns.
Charms, also called keychains, arrived with the Armory update in October 2024 alongside new skin collections. They attach to any point on a weapon, and a detached charm goes back to your inventory. The first two series were Small Arms, miniature weapon models, and Missing Link, little figures with various designs; the Missing Link Community and Dr Boom collections followed later. You get charms in the Armory for Armory Pass stars or buy them on the market; every option is covered in our guide on how to get a charm in CS2.

All prices below are starting prices for the cheapest copy: a charm with a rare pattern index can cost several times more. How the pattern changes the look is explained in our guide to charm pattern types.

Charm Butane Buddy
Butane Buddy belongs to the Dr Boom collection and carries Extraordinary, the highest charm rarity. It is currently the most expensive charm on the market at about $115 for the most affordable copy, well ahead of everything else.
Charm Lil' Boo
Lil' Boo from the Missing Link Community collection takes second place at about $75. It is also an Extraordinary charm and costs roughly a third less than the leader.
Charm 8 Ball IGL
8 Ball IGL is the second Dr Boom charm near the top. At about $30 it costs almost four times less than Butane Buddy, but it still makes the top three.
Charm Lil' Eldritch
Lil' Eldritch from the Missing Link Community collection sells for about $25. Like the other leaders on this list, it is an Extraordinary charm.
Charm Quick Silver
Quick Silver rounds out the top five at about $20. It is another Missing Link Community charm, a collection that placed three charms in the top five.
Charm Hot Howl

This "fiery" charm shows a sinister creature engulfed in flames. The burning eyes and toothy mouth look quite striking. Hot Howl pairs well with flame-themed skins, and it suits any inventory built around creepy monsters. It now costs about $20, which makes it the priciest charm from the original Missing Link series.
Charm Baby Karat T

Charm Baby Karat T is shaped like a knife, so it is no surprise to see it among the most expensive charms. The reason is much the same as for real knives: rarity and the range of possible variants. The pattern index goes up to 100,000 and sets the shade of gold, from pale matte to bright; copies with the richest color are valued higher. The starting price is about $15. Lil' Ferno and Glitter Bomb from the Dr Boom collection cost about the same, and Lil' Serpent sells for about $10.
Charm Semi-Precious

Charm Semi-Precious is another knife-shaped charm, this time with coloring that resembles Doppler knives. The color depends on the pattern index, with both light green and bright blue copies out there. You can add one to your collection for about $10.
Charm Hot Wurst

Not every valuable charm in CS2 is a knife. This little figure, whose name translates as "hot sausage," has become quite popular. The pattern index on Charm Hot Wurst sets how the flames at the bottom of the charm are colored, and on some indexes they take on a holographic effect. It costs about $9.
Charm Baby Karat CT

This charm looks a little less striking than its "T" counterpart, so it costs less. Depending on the pattern index it comes in various shades of bronze that turn toward gold on some indexes. It sells for about $9.
Charm Diamond Dog

If you want a charm that looks truly luxurious, consider Diamond Dog. Its entire surface, except for the eyes, is covered with diamonds, and the pattern index affects how brightly they shine. Prices start at about $6.
Affordable Charms with Interesting Patterns
The charms below used to rank among the most expensive but now cost a few dollars. They are still worth a look because the pattern visibly changes how they look. For the full range, see our overview of all types of charms in CS2.
Charm Lil' Monster

This face with an open mouth and a sticking-out tongue comes in several color variants that change its most noticeable element. On Lil' Monster, the pattern index sets the color of the tongue and the "MONSTER" lettering on it: red, yellow or blue-purple. It costs about $3.
Charm Titeenium AWP

The weapon-model charms include the most recognizable sniper rifle. Depending on the index, Titeenium AWP can be yellow, green, bright blue, blue or purple-pink. It sells for about $3.
Charm Die-cast AK

Die-cast AK works the same way, with a different color set for the AK model: gold, orange, red, purple or blue. It costs about $2.
Charm Lil' Squirt

Lil' Squirt will appeal to fans of bright charms. It depicts a water gun, so it comes in vivid toy colors. The pattern index changes the color of several parts, but the overall design stays the same. It costs under $2.
Charm Diner Dog

Diner Dog is covered in abstract geometric ornaments. The pattern index decides which part of the texture lands on its surface, so copies can look very different: on some indexes, a huge eye sits right in the middle. It costs under $2.
The LIS-SKINS catalog carries these and other charms, so you can pick the exact copy with the pattern you want.
