Mathias "MSL" Lauridsen, the former in-game leader of North, announced that he has assembled a new roster and is now looking for esports organizations willing to collaborate with the promising team. While he has not announced who exactly will be included in it, he noted that among the participants – talented and experienced players. Also, in a comment for the HLTV portal, he mentioned that now they set themselves the goal of performing at the level of the top twenty.
MSL decided to start his own project after not participating in any team for a significant part of the year. He stopped playing for North at the end of 2020, when its management decided to build its roster through the development of young players, and two months after that the organization ceased operations.
Lauridsen said that over the past months he had received several offers, but the squads to which he was invited were not strong enough. So he decided to put together his own team – a more promising idea, since what matters to him, first of all, is the ability to achieve high results.
In addition, this news means that assumptions about a possible transition of MSL to fnatic turned out to be wrong. The version that the player is negotiating with this team has been heard several times in recent months.
