In honor of the five-year anniversary since Alexander "s1mple" Kostylev joined the team, NAVI two-hour documentary called “Formula s1mple” (in the English version - “s1mple formula”), telling about the player’s career. It describes the eSports player's journey from 2013, when he first began performing on the professional scene, to the present day, when he begins his sixth year as part of one of the best teams in the world.
Players with whom s1mple played on the same team at different times took part in the creation of the film – they shared their experiences and impressions of interacting with him. In particular, the current NAVI coach Andrey “B1ad3” appears on the screen. Gorodensky, Spencer "Hiko" Martin, with whom s1mple previously played in Liquid, and Ukrainian esportsman Kirill "ANGE1" Karasev. Also taking part in the filming of the documentary were members of the family of Alexander Kostylev and many other representatives of the community, such as Matthew “Sadokist” Trivett and Duncan “Thorin” Shields. In addition, one of his main opponents shared his opinion about s1mple – Nikolay "device" Reedz from NIP.
