German Sprout announced the second change to the roster over the past week: two days after Mark “kressy” left the lineup. Dordevich, coach Niklas “enkay J” is also leaving the team. Krumhorn, who worked there for two years.
Enkay J has been the team's coach since August 2019, when he replaced Tobias "tow b" Herberhold, who moved to BIG. Under his leadership, both a roster consisting of German players and international squads played. Commenting on his departure as coach, Crumhorn spoke positively of his experience with the team: “It was an absolutely wonderful time, filled with many wonderful successes, but also many devastating failures. I have so many wonderful memories with so many different people that I will never forget."
Enkay J also emphasized that he still cannot imagine life without CS: GO and has no plans to leave professional sports. Currently, he is ready to consider invitations from other organizations that would like to see him as a head coach.
In Sprout itself, this leaves four people – three German e-sportsmen and the Danish Rasmus “raalz” Steensborg, who joined the team in August. According to insider Alexey “OverDrive” Biryukova, Sprout is considering the possibility of inviting a player from the CIS.
