The German BIG, which is now in the second ten of the world rankings, announced that Niels “k1to” Grune returns to her starting line-up after spending five months on the youth roster. The e-sportsman will take the place of Titian “tiziaN” Feldbush, who, in turn, will remain associated with the team, but in some other role. During his four and a half years on the team, tiziaN posted an underwhelming average rating of 0.97, but made a significant contribution to the team's victories at major tournaments in 2020 and 2022.
K1to returns to the main roster after serving as in-game leader at BIG Academy for five months. Daniel Finkler, CEO of BIG, notes that k1ro has worked hard to return to the starting lineup and has demonstrated strong performance. These words are confirmed by numbers: the player’s rating based on the results of his latest performances is 1.18. In addition, k1ro has appeared twice in BIG in recent months as a substitute player – at the Roobet Cup and at the IEM Cologne play-in.
Now BIG players are already preparing for the second half of 2022. At the end of August they will perform at BLAST Premier Fall Groups, and then at ESL Pro League Season 15.
