Ninjas in Pajamas advanced to the semi-finals of the BLAST Premier Fall Final, defeating Natus Vincere. To achieve this, the Swedish squad needed three maps.
The first of these was Inferno, and from the very beginning the Swedish team demonstrated their ability to control the game. NIP achieved a noticeable advantage in the first half of the map, and Natus Vincere were never able to compensate for it after switching sides, so the map remained with their opponents with a score of 16 – 10. On Mirage, at first the picture was different: NAVI led with a score of 8 – 1, but then their rivals reduced the gap to a minimum, and the “born to win” We were able to take the card only in overtime. Overpass became decisive, and the balance of forces on it turned out to be approximately the same as on Mirage with a total of 16 – 10 in favor of the Swedish squad. Despite the fact that Natus Vincere managed to act coherently in certain rounds, throughout the match the team of Alexander “s1mple” Kostyleva encountered problems in defense, which is largely why she had to leave the tournament.
Thus, Alexi’s team “Aleksib” Virolainen continues to fight for the BLAST Premier Fall Final trophy, and with it the right to advance to the final part of the series. Now on Saturday evening she will have to play a match against FaZe at the Royal Arena in Copenhagen.
