Norway's Nordawid plans to completely renew its lineup

Norwegian esports organization Nordawind announced on Thursday that it is putting up for transfer all members of its current roster, which included esports players from Denmark, Estonia and Germany, led by Sabit “mirbit” Koktasar.

The team is currently ranked 58th in the world rankings, but Nordawind Managing Director Stein Willmann noted that the decision to disband the current roster is more strategic and not directly related to the team's success. He also noted that in recent years the organization has developed good relationships with players, especially with HS and TENZKI, who participated in previous rosters, so the decision was not easy. At the same time, management is confident that this is the right step, consistent with the overall goals and future ambitions of the organization.

The statement published by Nordawind emphasizes that the organization has no intention of leaving the professional scene. Her approach to selection for the Nordawind Talent youth roster will also remain the same – it will be focused primarily on promising players from Norway and the Scandinavian countries. Joshua "m1cks" Mix, who took over as Nordawind's head coach in June, will also remain on the team.
