Kevin “HS” Tarn, who recently left the Norwegian team Nordawind, gave an interview to the HLTV portal in which he spoke about the problems that prevented her from achieving better results. HS left Nordawind at the end of September, having thus spent about eight months there. At the beginning of this journey, the team looked like a promising project, but then ran into problems after game leader Ruben "RUBINO" Villaroel was forced to stop performing due to a wrist injury.
Over the following months, the team was unable to form a permanent roster that would consistently produce good results. For some time, NS took over the functions of the game leader, but later he came to the conclusion that his participation in the team did not promise any prospects for his career.
According to the player, one of the main problems of the team was a difference of opinion. NS notes that during the entire eight months of his stay on the team, he encountered unconstructive disputes, violations of work ethics, and other players’ careless attitude towards preparation. Even when the team won, the relationship between the players remained difficult.
The player believes that he has now reached good shape and plans to sign a contract with some other e-sports organization in the near future – in Europe or North America.
