On Sunday, Liquid and Evil Geniuses will play a match, the result of which will determine which of them will start their performance from the Challengers stage, and which will go directly to Legends.
Meanwhile, in Group A of the European qualifying tournament, the leaders with three victories in a row were Ninjas in Pajamas and FaZe. The third team from Europe to already guarantee a place at the tournament in Rio was Natus Vincere – the only one who managed to achieve three victories in Group B. In her last match, held on October 6, she beat Outsiders on two maps (Mirage and Inferno), gaining a significant advantage by the end of the match. s1mple performed especially impressively, with a rating of 1.61 in this match.
By the end of the week, the remaining matches of the qualifying tournaments should be completed, which means that in the coming days it will become known which other teams will be able to qualify for the major.
