BIG and Copenhagen Flames are the final two teams to receive an invitation to the 2022 Pinnacle Cup Championship. The event will take place June 8-11 in Sweden, with a prize pool of $250,000. Both teams received confirmation of their participation in the Pinnacle Cup Championship just ahead of their first matches at PGL Major Antwerp, where they begin competing from the Legends stage.
The highest-rated teams at the Pinncale Cup will be Heroic (5th place in the world ranking) and Astralis (9th place), which will not be in opposition for the first time. Thus, Copenhagen Flames will become the third Danish team in the championship. As a result
