Portugal's k1ck disbands its CS:GO lineup

At the end of the week, the Portuguese esports organization k1ck announced that it was disbanding its CS:GO roster. Thus, the squad for which the Portuguese players played lasted only four months. 

In March, the Portuguese organization returned to Counter Strik after a three-year break. The core of the team was Victor “v1c7oR” Dyankov and Theodor "SPELLAN" Nikolov. The roster also included three young and less experienced cybersportsmen – AwaykeN, rafftu and SAIKY. 

Over the past four months, the team was only able to perform at two significant events. At CEE Champions 2022, she became the leader in her group, but then lost to Estonia's Coastal Mayhem in the first round of the playoffs, eventually finishing the tournament in 9th-16th place. In addition, in the summer k1ck played at ESEA Summer 2022 Cash Cup 1 Europe. Here she showed herself more successfully, reaching the semi-finals, where she lost to OG Academy, 

The most outstanding players of the team were Konstantin "rafftu" Turbinov and Victor "v1c7oR" Dyankov. In addition, eighteen-year-old Slaven “AwaykeN” showed good performance. Lyubenov, who demonstrated a rating of 1.12 at the two mentioned events. After the dissolution of the roster, the players received the status of free agents. Their future plans remain unclear, however, judging by v1c7oR's Twitter post, they plan to continue performing together.
