Variations of Inferno
Destructible elements are also found on official maps. For example, on Nuke there are windows near point A that can be broken. However, the creators of Destructible Inferno took this idea to a new level: most of the objects on the map are destructible. You can bring down a tower with an explosion or destroy objects behind which the enemy is trying to hide. This refreshes the gameplay compared to the standard version of the map, which many have already learned by heart. With the help of explosives, players can create new openings, and destructible shelters force them to constantly be on the move.
Another interesting variation of Inferno for those who want to improve their skills is called Aim Rogue Inferno. Its main feature – procedural generation. Each time the map is loaded, the arena is formed anew, and there are a total of thirty million possible versions. Thanks to this, players have to adapt every time and find good angles for shooting.
Rats Series
Of course, some maps are created not so much to test the players' skills, but so that they can have a lot of fun with friends. An example of this – cards of the Rats series, which were originally invented back in the days of CS 1.6. The setting on these maps consists of ordinary everyday objects, greatly increased in size, and against their background the players become midgets. The series contains maps that reproduce different types of premises.
Cyberwar was made in a similar style – only here players will have to storm a huge motherboard.
References to other games
From the name of the Subway Smurfers map, you can guess what the player will have to do. And indeed, almost like in the famous runner, he will have to overcome obstacles while moving along railroad tracks.
