The honorary title of “the most expensive agent in CS2” has been held for about 2 years by the extravagant terrorist Sir “Damn Miami” Darryl.
This is quite a long time, especially considering the fact that agents were added to the game less than 4 years ago during an operation called “Shattered Web”, which started on November 18, 2019.
The idea of the developers from Valve is clear. They wanted to diversify Counter-Strike, add something new to it, and provide CS2 players with another way to stand out in the crowd and express themselves, in addition to stickers, decals, and, of course, skins.
An agent in CS2 is, in fact, the same as a skin, but not for a weapon — for a character model. However, at first, the implementation was somewhat crude. Valve immediately received complaints that agents had poor textures blending with the environment.
Valve responded surprisingly quickly and solved the issue.
Gradually, with each new operation, the developers added new agents to CS2, and their number now exceeds 60.
Number 1: “Damn Miami” | Sir Darryl
As mentioned, the top spot is firmly held by “Damn Miami” Sir Darryl. He belongs to the terrorist faction "The Professionals" from the USA. This team is themed around 20th-century American bank robbers.

“Damn Miami” stands out with a pink shirt featuring blue flowers, a hockey mask, and a golden watch. The design is reminiscent of GTA Vice City, which may explain his popularity due to nostalgia.
The agent is described as daring, sharp-witted, and cynical. His price ranges from $54 to $65.
Number 2: Captain David “Eyepieces” Fernandez
The top special forces agent is Captain David “Eyepieces” Fernandez. She was introduced in the “Predatory Waters” operation in September 2022 and is part of the SEAL Swimmers.

Wearing a wetsuit and pink-tinted swimming goggles, she got her nickname because they saved her left eye from a bullet. Her price on the market is around $43–49.
Number 3: “Runaway Sally”
“Runaway Sally” is a female terrorist agent from the “Broken Fang” operation. She belongs to “The Professionals”.

Sally has red hair, a black cap, dark glasses, and black leather gloves. She is known for her improvisational skills. Her market price is $38–43.
Number 4: “Number K”
Another agent from “The Professionals”, “Number K” is a mysterious figure who hides behind a stocking mask and smokes like Tyler Durden.
He’s described as a quiet organizer of robberies. His price usually ranges from $30 to $40.
Number 5: Frank “Wet Socks” Baru
Frank is another Navy SEALs agent introduced in the “Waters of Predation”. Known for his attention to detail, he wears a scuba suit marked with number 194.

Despite being more visible in-game due to gear bulk, he remains popular. His market price is $26–34.
Number 6: “Damn Talker” | Sir Darryl
Sir Darryl returns in another variation — this time as “Damn Talker”, a terrorist agent with a creepy clown mask and golden medallion.

He is known for terrorizing rich weaklings into submission. His market price ranges from $25 to $33.
