On March 17, the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 tournament started – the first major in 2024, which will be held on Counter-Strike 2. The competition will take almost half a month: the opening matches and the qualifying stage will last until March 24, and then the best 8 teams out of 24 participating will compete in the playoffs, which will end on the 31st. As usual, Valve is putting a lot of effort into making the tournament interesting for all spectators, so CS2 fans have the opportunity not only to follow the matches, but also to add colorful stickers to their collection.
Copenhagen Major Stickers

Valve has not yet officially announced the release of stickers for the major, but a few days ago data miners managed to find images of all the stickers in the game files after the update, which was released on the night of March 16th. In style, they are quite similar to stickers from previous majors, which is not surprising, since the lists of participating teams overlap in many ways. Among the major stickers in Copenhagen that you can get – symbols of all commands, each of which is presented in four variants – paper, gold, glitter and holographic.
Favorites of the Copenhagen Major
Whether you are going to take part in the Pick’em Challenge or just following the progress of the competition, you will be interested to know which teams are currently considered the favorites of the tournament. Here are whose matches are likely to attract the most attention from viewers:
Team Spirit. The unexpected rise of the team occurred thanks to the talent of Daniil “donk” Kryshkovets, however, he is not the only strong player on the team. Dmitry "sh1ro" Sokolov is considered one of the most successful snipers, and the captain of Team Spirit has repeatedly shown his ability to organize the game. The main thing is that the team is able to cope with the psychological pressure that is inevitably associated with performing at a major.
Team Vitality. The French team has been performing inconsistently lately. Last year they won the final stage of Blast Premier, but then failed at the tournament in Katowice. The team still has players who won the BLAST.tv Paris Major, so it is likely that they were able to adjust their game for the tournament in Copenhagen and will still show good results.
FaZe Clan. In Katowice, the team finished in second place, losing only to the unrivaled Team Spirit. The members of FaZe have a high individual level and at the same time know how to act coherently together, so they have every chance to perform well.
G2 Esports. NiKo and m0NESY play for this team, whose level is difficult to doubt. But the same cannot be said about the other team members. In particular, the G2 captain is often criticized due to his weak performance. How well G2 will be able to perform at the Major will largely depend on luck.
The first stage of the tournament is coming to an end, but the strongest teams, which will start immediately from the Elimination Stage on March 21, have yet to enter the game, so the most interesting part of the tournament is only begins.
