HLTV stats showed how the move to online has affected teams

After updating the HLTV ratings, the Astralis team fell out of the top ten, ending up in the worst position in the last few years. Now the Danes are only in eleventh place. They were pushed out of the top by the Complexity team, which now closes the top ten.

The top three remain unchanged for now – The first places in the ranking are occupied by Big, Vitality and Evil Geniuses. At the same time, the gap between first and third place is slightly more than 150 points. Natus Vincere lags behind its closest competitors by a little more than twenty points. FaZe, meanwhile, were able to improve their position, pushing fnatic out of sixth place. Some notable changes took place in the top 30. In particular, another Russian team was included in the rating – Gambit Youngsters.

In addition, the HLTV portal recently published interesting statistics that describe how top teams were affected by the transition to online. Astralis and mousesports were the worst at adapting to the new conditions. over the past four months they have been lost in these positions. The greatest progress was demonstrated by Team Heretics and Nemiga Gaming. Esports players from various teams have repeatedly expressed the fact that the online format interferes with the usual interactions in the team and often prevents them from showing good results.
