At the beginning of the week, the esports organization TeamSpirit accused forZe of trying to lure players away despite the fact that they are bound by a contract. According to Team Spirit, their competitors approached several team members with a proposal to transfer directly, without coordinating these negotiations with the team management.
In response, ForZe commented on these statements, explaining that the conflict arose as a result of misunderstanding. The team explained that they contacted one of the Team Spirit Academy players because they believed that he was a free agent. However, after he said that he was bound by the terms of the contract and did not intend to violate them, they stopped communicating with him. Thus, forZe considers the incident to be resolved.
However, Team Spirit disagrees with this position. Team representatives claim that although forZe did apologize for the incident, a similar situation soon happened again. Team Spirit reported that forZe approached not only one of the players, but also the assistant coach with offers. Moreover, the second time this happened after the team leaders discussed the first incident. This is precisely why TeamSpirit decided to take the discussion of the conflict into the public space.
