Valve has released a new patch

On the night of August 27, another patch for Counter Strike: Global Offensive was published. It contained several bug fixes, performance improvements, and minor fixes for the Cache, Swamp, and Mutiny maps. In particular, a network interaction vulnerability that created a loophole for cheaters was fixed. In addition, the performance of the trainer's camera has been improved.

Several gameplay changes have appeared on the Swamp map: the depth of the swamp has been reduced, a new passage has appeared in the center, and in the “haven” zone There is now more free space and points from which you can fire.

Several changes have been made to the Mutiny map to improve performance: texture and lighting bugs have been removed, foliage has been removed from one of the points. The location of the terrorist point has been slightly changed – Now the special forces will have more time to take the necessary positions. At point A, the location and height of the wall has been adjusted, which will affect the movement of players.

Finally, in addition to visual improvements, several noticeable bugs have been fixed on the Cache map, including an error that caused the player to get stuck. The operation of ambient sounds has been restored, and the nav network, which is used to calculate movement, has been adjusted.
