Representatives of the Danish team Astralis reported that Andreas "Xyp9x" Hoislet will return to the active roster in October after a four-month break. The twenty-five-year-old player has already started training with the rest of the team, but will not yet take part in the DreamHack Open Fall RMR tournament. In this competition, Astralis will compete with the same roster that recently completed participation in the twelfth season of the ESL Pro League.
Team coach Danny “zonic” Sorensen has not yet spoken about what the team's lineup will look like at the BLAST Premier Fall Series, but he confirmed that Xyp9x will be included in it. This tournament will take place from October 29 to November 4.
Recall that Andreas Heuslet decided to take a break from performing at the end of May due to symptoms of fatigue and burnout. Another team member, Lukas “gla1ve”, made the same decision. Rossander. Over the past months, Astralis has changed its lineup several times, eventually forming a roster of seven people. Fans of the team reacted to this differently: some believed that this was a forward-thinking decision that would allow the team to act more flexibly, while others believed that the new players were unlikely to be able to fully express themselves. Ultimately, Astralis managed to assemble a roster that won several victories in a row and won the grand finals of ESL Pro League Season 12.
