The ★ Huntsman Knife | Bright Water in Field-Tested (FT) is a Huntsman Knife for CS2 in blue camouflage with a black handle. It has the Covert rank, with the ★ mark, and drops from the Operation Riptide Case and the Dreams & Nightmares Case. The finish exists in all five wears, the float scale runs from 0.00 to 0.50, and Field-Tested takes the band from 0.15 to 0.38.
What the ★ Huntsman Knife | Bright Water looks like in Field-Tested
The tanto-point blade, with serrations along the spine, is covered in blue camouflage: pale gray-blue, mid-blue and dark blue patches lie mixed together. Valve writes that the knife is painted with blue camouflage hydrographics. A line from a weapons dealer comes with the finish: camouflage is sometimes needed so that it gets noticed. The handle is black and ribbed, while the screws, the stop and the butt cap are blue.
This wear of the ★ Huntsman Knife | Bright Water has a float of 0.15 to 0.38. Marks of wear are already clear in it, first on the sharp tip of the blade and on the serrations. Wear is fixed at the drop, so the knife stays the way it came out.
Where the ★ Huntsman Knife | Bright Water came from
The first source of the finish was the Operation Riptide Case: Valve launched that operation in September 2021. The second, in January 2022, was the Dreams & Nightmares Case.
What to check before buying
Choosing a particular ★ Huntsman Knife | Bright Water comes down to these points:
- the pattern: copies differ only in wear, because the design is shared;
- float: from 0.15 to 0.38 the marks of wear build up noticeably;
- the applied name: a name tag is allowed on a Huntsman Knife, but it has no sticker slots;
- the version of the listing: a StatTrak™ knife is listed separately.
What the ★ Huntsman Knife | Bright Water costs in Field-Tested
The wears of this finish are spread moderately. Factory New costs a quarter more, Minimal Wear and Well-Worn nine percent more, and Battle-Scarred a third more. The last of these occupies only the stretch from 0.45 to 0.50, a tenth of the scale.
Among the Covert finishes of the Huntsman Knife, Bright Water is the second cheapest. Only Safari Mesh is below it, by five percent, and Boreal Forest is level. Forest DDPAT costs two percent more, Ultraviolet four, Black Laminate seven and Freehand an eighth. At the top of the row, Crimson Web and Blue Steel cost double, Case Hardened 2.9 times and Slaughter 3.3 times.
Getting the ★ Huntsman Knife | Bright Water
The ★ Huntsman Knife | Bright Water drops from the Operation Riptide Case and the Dreams & Nightmares Case, and the wear is random. A contract is the second route: five Covert skins from one collection are exchanged for one rare special item, but neither the knife nor the finish can be chosen. For a particular copy, look through the listings that are already for sale.
Is there a StatTrak version
The Huntsman Knife | Bright Water has a StatTrak™ version in the game.
