This is the AK-47 | Wild Lotus in Factory New (FN), taken for an even emerald base with no pale speck on the edges. The float band is 0.00–0.07, the rank is Covert, and the finish belongs to The St. Marc Collection.
What the AK-47 | Wild Lotus looks like in Factory New
The base is emerald green under layered dark foliage, with large flowers across the leaves, red and pink-crimson, and small berries between them. A peach-beige stripe runs under the handguard, across the magazine well and over the grip. The stock is green with a red flower, the barrel dark brown, the gas tube ring and trigger brass.
The central element is a large red flower with a spiky pale center at the receiver's rear. No lotus is recognizable in it: the flowers are closer to passionflower and peony in shape, though Valve's description calls the artwork an orange lotus on a green base. No lettering or logos appear anywhere.
A clean grade matters for the thin elements: the peach stripe on the handguard edge and the stems on the magazine back abrade first. The large flower on the flat receiver side holds longest, so lower grades lose the framing, not the center.
Where the AK-47 | Wild Lotus came from
The finish has no outside author: Valve drew it in house, with no Steam Workshop submission on record. The St. Marc Collection entered the game on November 19, 2019 with Operation Shattered Web, whose note lists it among four new weapon collections. The catalog number is 724.
What to check before buying
On a given copy, check:
- the float, since on a dense green base small rubs show as pale specks;
- stickers on the body and a name tag, if one is set;
- whether the peach stripe under the handguard is unbroken.
No lucky pattern can be pulled: the artwork covers the whole model identically, so the index changes nothing, and 0.00–0.07 leaves no better copy to find.
What the AK-47 | Wild Lotus costs in Factory New
The other grades line up:
- Minimal Wear is about a third cheaper;
- Field-Tested about half;
- Well-Worn about two and a half times cheaper;
- Battle-Scarred a little over three times cheaper.
Every step down takes a visible share of the price, with no dips or reversals — normal for a dense, single-tone base, where wear shows at every stage.
Among Covert AK-47 finishes it leads all twenty-four here, by a huge margin. Fire Serpent, next behind, is about six times cheaper, X-Ray and Gold Arabesque about eight. Legion of Anubis is cheapest in the rank.
Getting the AK-47 | Wild Lotus
The skin never went into a case: the map collection was never packed into one, and no Souvenir packages exist. A contract is the other way in, on ten skins a tier down from the same collection. That tier holds one finish, the MP9 | Wild Lily, and the collection one Covert, so the result is known beforehand.
StatTrak and Souvenir
Stickers and craft on the AK-47 | Wild Lotus
No StatTrak version of the AK-47 | Wild Lotus was ever released, and no Souvenir packages were made for this finish either: packages only ever covered tournament map collections. A souvenir copy can still be built by hand. The Souvenir-O-Matic puts gold tournament stickers and a player autograph on a normal skin from the inventory. That is why the odd souvenir copy turns up where no package was ever made.
A green base under flowers is self-sufficient, so stickers get what is left over. White and black do not interfere, gold echoes the brass gas tube, red and pink argue with the flowers. The room left is on stock and magazine.
Who this wear suits
Factory New is justified when:
- an even emerald base with no pale specks is the point;
- the rifle is a collection piece, not a CS2 match weapon;
- the brushwork matters, since the clean grade reads best.
The premium over Field-Tested is twofold, and in a round the difference is nearly impossible to catch.
