The Five-SeveN | Angry Mob in Field-Tested (FT) is a graffiti finish for the Five-SeveN in CS2, in the spirit of street art. Covert rank. The finish belongs to the Prisma Collection and drops from the Prisma Case. The float scale runs from 0.00 to 0.70, and Field-Tested takes up 33% of it.
What the Five-SeveN | Angry Mob looks like in Field-Tested
The slide is flooded with turquoise-blue, with a large orange circle laid over it, white zigzag strokes and thin red flourishes. The grip is crowded with cartoon faces with open mouths: green, lilac, yellow and orange. The bottom of the grip is bright lime green, and the rail and trigger guard are orange-brown.
The artwork covers the slide, the frame and the grip completely, and the finish has almost no bare metal. So in Field-Tested the wear shows up as scratches along the edges of the parts, not as gaps in the paint. In this wear the Five-SeveN | Angry Mob has a float between 0.15 and 0.38.
Where the Five-SeveN | Angry Mob came from
Valve calls the paint job bright and inspired by street art. The pistol itself is described as accurate and armor-piercing, with a roomy 20-round magazine and mild recoil. The Prisma Collection has two Covert skins, and this finish is one of them.
What to check before buying
Three things separate one Five-SeveN | Angry Mob listing from the next:
- float: the 0.15 to 0.38 stretch holds both even and visibly worn listings;
- the name tag and stickers: on the Five-SeveN | Angry Mob they stay with the listing;
- the wear in the listing name: the finish comes in all five wears, from Factory New to Battle-Scarred.
Every copy of the Five-SeveN | Angry Mob carries the same pattern. For this finish the float number matters more than the wear label, because the 0.15 to 0.38 stretch holds different looks.
What the Five-SeveN | Angry Mob costs in Field-Tested
Compared with Field-Tested, the other wears stand like this:
- Factory New costs about a third more;
- Minimal Wear and Battle-Scarred cost the same;
- Well-Worn costs a few percent more.
Among Covert Five-SeveNs, Angry Mob is priced below Hyper Beast, which costs almost five times as much in this wear. The price of the finish stays close across all the wears except Factory New.
Getting the Five-SeveN | Angry Mob
The Five-SeveN | Angry Mob drops from the Prisma Case. The alternative to buying is a trade-up: ten skins of the rank below from the same collection yield the Five-SeveN | Angry Mob. The collection has two Covert skins, so the chance of getting this one is one in two.
The finish also goes into contracts as an input: five Covert skins from one collection yield one rare special item. For Prisma these are the Navaja Knife, Stiletto Knife, Talon Knife and Ursus Knife.
StatTrak and Souvenir
Stickers and craft on the Five-SeveN | Angry Mob
A StatTrak version of the Five-SeveN | Angry Mob exists. No Souvenir packages were ever issued for this finish; those were made only for tournament map collections. You can still build a souvenir copy yourself: the Souvenir-O-Matic applies gold tournament stickers and a player autograph to an ordinary skin from your inventory. That is why the odd souvenir copy turns up even where no packages ever existed.
The finish is busy: the orange circle, the white strokes and the faces already fill almost the whole surface. A sticker with small details gets lost on that background, while a large one with a clear outline reads better. There is little empty field on the slide, and every sticker here covers part of the artwork.
Who this wear suits
Buying the Five-SeveN | Angry Mob in this wear is worth it if:
- you want a bright Five-SeveN for the CT side without paying extra for clean edges;
- price matters: Factory New costs about a third more, while Minimal Wear costs the same;
- you want a pistol in CS2 that is recognized by its grip of faces.
