The M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle in Factory New (FN) is the top segment of the scale, priced well above every other wear of the finish. In this wear the float runs between 0.00 and 0.07. It is a Covert skin, and this suppressed M4 belongs to The Ancient Collection.
What the M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle looks like in Factory New
The finish is held in sunset tones: a dark red and maroon body with a purple sheen, and a golden-orange snake coiled on the receiver. Valve describes the snake as a golden pit viper against a jungle at dusk, and adds ancient symbolism.
The symbols run along the suppressor: a row of orange marks on a dark ground, and at the end a coral washer with a small figure. The sight posts are blue. In Factory New the snake and the marks show no signs of wear.
What to check before buying
Before paying for an M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle, it helps to check:
- the float: listings near 0.00 and near 0.07 differ only in how close the paint is to untouched;
- the golden snake on the receiver and the marks on the suppressor, which should carry no scratches at this wear;
- whatever name tag and stickers are already on the suppressed rifle.
The pattern is the same on all copies. Inside 0.00 to 0.07 there is nothing to pick a best copy from. The finish's scale runs from 0.00 to 1.00, and Factory New takes seven hundredths of that unit.
What the M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle costs in Factory New
The lower wears, set against this one:
- Minimal Wear is about a quarter cheaper;
- Field-Tested is about half the price;
- Well-Worn is lower by a factor of about two and a half;
- Battle-Scarred is almost three times cheaper.
The price falls evenly, with no dips or rises: each next wear is cheaper than the one before. Among Covert M4A1-S skins in Factory New, this finish ranks first by price out of eleven. The closest, M4A1-S | Imminent Danger, is slightly cheaper, and the next, M4A1-S | Printstream, is about four times cheaper.

To trade up for it you need ten skins one rank below, from this collection. The collection has one Covert skin, and the contract leads to exactly that one.
StatTrak and Souvenir
The M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle has no StatTrak version, but there is a Souvenir edition.
Stickers and craft on the M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle
The main details of the finish are the snake on the receiver and the marks on the suppressor, and a sticker on the receiver would cover the snake. The handguard, magazine and stock are free: against the dark red ground, white, gold and light-blue stickers read well. Red and orange ones blend into the palette.
Who this wear suits
A Factory New M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle is a reasonable buy in these cases:
- you want the finish with an untouched snake and clean marks on the suppressor, for a CS2 showcase;
- Covert rank matters to you, in a collection where the skin has no other Covert neighbors;
- the step down to Minimal Wear is about a quarter of the price, and below it a twofold gap begins.
In CS2 matches the difference between wears has no effect on shooting, because wear is only visual.
