M4A4 | Naval Shred Camo (Factory New)

The M4A4 | Naval Shred Camo in Factory New (FN) is an Industrial Grade M4A4 from The Ascent Collection, in a light blue tiger camo. This wear is assigned the float band 0.00 to 0.07, while the finish's full scale reaches 0.60. The skin has no case: it comes from a collection on the Weekly Care Package reward list.

What the M4A4 | Naval Shred Camo looks like in Factory New

Valve calls the pattern a blue tiger camo. Thin cream stripes, interwoven into the characteristic tiger design, run across a steel base in a cool blue shade. The grip and front sight are olive-gray. Valve's caption reads "Endangered no more".

Factory New is the 0.00 to 0.07 band, where the camo lies whole and there are almost no signs of wear. The exact float is written at the drop and never changes.

Where the M4A4 | Naval Shred Camo came from

The Ascent Collection came out in March 2025 together with Boreal and Radiant, and Valve added all three to the weekly reward list. The three collections account for more than seventy new finishes; in the announcement Valve names solid colors, gold reliefs, camouflage and custom paint jobs among the styles. Naval Shred Camo falls under camouflage.

The finish's number in Valve's catalog is 1266.

What to check before buying

Before buying the M4A4 | Naval Shred Camo, check the following:

• the wear in the listing title: on this skin Factory New is the dearest of the five;

• any name tag and stickers, which on the M4A4 | Naval Shred Camo stay on the listing.

The artwork is the same on every copy, so there is no particular one to hunt for. In this wear the band is a tight 0.00 to 0.07, where the difference between listings is hard to catch.

What the M4A4 | Naval Shred Camo costs in Factory New

On this skin Factory New is the dearest wear, and the rest are cheaper. Against it:

• Minimal Wear is about two fifths cheaper;

• Field-Tested is about a third cheaper;

• Well-Worn is about a fifth cheaper;

• Battle-Scarred is about a third cheaper.

Of the nine Industrial Grade M4A4s in this wear, the M4A4 | Naval Shred Camo is fourth from the bottom. M4A4 | Steel Work, M4A4 | Aeolian Dark and M4A4 | Mainframe cost less, the last of them almost level. M4A4 | Urban DDPAT, M4A4 | Dark Blossom, M4A4 | Desert Storm, M4A4 | Jungle Tiger and M4A4 | Tornado cost at least a hundred times as much.

Getting the M4A4 | Naval Shred Camo

CS2 cases do not contain the M4A4 | Naval Shred Camo. Getting the M4A4 | Naval Shred Camo by contract takes ten skins of the rank below, all from this collection. Ascent has nine Industrial Grade skins, so the chance is one in nine.

StatTrak and Souvenir

The M4A4 | Naval Shred Camo has never been released with StatTrak. There were also no souvenir packages for this finish, as those were made only for the tournament map collections. Even so, you can assemble a souvenir copy yourself: the Souvenir-O-Matic puts gold tournament stickers and a player autograph on an ordinary skin from your inventory. That explains why the occasional souvenir copy appears where no packages were ever issued.

Stickers and craft on the M4A4 | Naval Shred Camo

A light blue base with cream stripes leaves few clean spots, and small stickers sink into this pattern. Dark and red ones add contrast on the pale ground, while white and light blue ones merge with the camo. The olive grip is the smoothest area, and a sticker stands out best there.

Who this wear suits

Buying the M4A4 | Naval Shred Camo specifically in Factory New makes sense when:

• you want an M4A4 for CS2 with untouched light blue camo;

• the gap to the other wears is small, under a factor of two;

• you want the cleanest look of the skin: no wear ranks above Factory New.

The skin has one pattern and no counter version, so the choice comes down to wear.
