M4A4 | Zirka (Field-Tested)

The M4A4 | Zirka in Field-Tested (FT) is the cheapest of the finish's four wears. Its scale stops at 0.42, so Battle-Scarred does not exist. In this wear the float runs between 0.15 and 0.38. The rank is Restricted, and the rifle belongs to the Bravo Collection.

What the M4A4 | Zirka looks like in Field-Tested

The body is khaki, an olive brown, with no pattern on the handguard, magazine or stock. On the receiver sits a yellow star with sharp rays, and behind it a dark panel with a grid pattern. Valve calls it a star motif.

The star is the only bright spot on the weapon, and everything else keeps to a restrained olive drab. In Field-Tested, wear falls on the plain khaki and on the yellow mark.

What to check before buying

When picking a listing of the M4A4 | Zirka, these things matter:

• the float within 0.15 to 0.38, which spans 0.23 of the finish's 0.36 scale, almost two thirds;


• the yellow star on the receiver and the dark panel behind it, where the state of the paint shows at once;


• the name tag and stickers this M4A4 | Zirka already carries.

The M4A4 | Zirka looks the same on every copy, and no rare examples exist. In this wear the float is stretched from 0.15 to 0.38, which shows on inspection.

What the M4A4 | Zirka costs in Field-Tested

The other wears, set against this one:

• Well-Worn takes the same premium, about one and a half times.

Field-Tested is the cheapest wear of the finish, and Well-Worn costs more than it. The Well-Worn band is only 0.38 to 0.42, because the scale stops at 0.42, and Factory New is narrower still: 0.06 to 0.07.

Among Restricted M4A4s in this wear, the finish is fourth from the top by price, out of eleven. More expensive are M4A4 | Red DDPAT, M4A4 | Modern Hunter and M4A4 | Daybreak. The nearest ones below, M4A4 | Polysoup and M4A4 | Spider Lily, cost almost half as much.

Getting the M4A4 | Zirka

The M4A4 | Zirka drops from the Operation Bravo Case and belongs to the Bravo Collection of the same name. No other case carries this finish.

The way to get it without buying is a trade-up: ten skins one rank lower from the same collection go in, and the M4A4 | Zirka comes out.

StatTrak and Souvenir

The M4A4 | Zirka comes in a StatTrak version. No souvenir packages were released for this finish, since those were made only for the tournament map collections. Even so, a souvenir copy can be built by hand: the Souvenir-O-Matic puts gold tournament stickers and a player autograph on an ordinary skin from your inventory. That is why the occasional souvenir copy turns up even where no packages ever existed.

Stickers and craft on the M4A4 | Zirka

Khaki is a restrained backdrop, and colored stickers read on it without a clash. The star on the receiver stays the only bright spot, so it is best left uncovered. The handguard, magazine and stock are free.

Who this wear suits

Buying the M4A4 | Zirka in Field-Tested makes sense for these reasons:

• it is the lowest price for the finish, and Factory New costs five and a half times as much;


• the wide band from 0.15 to 0.38 gives you a choice by float;


• you need a yellow star on khaki for a set in CS2.

In CS2 wear changes only how the weapon looks. No wear of this finish costs less than Field-Tested.
