The StatTrak™ USP-S | Jawbreaker in Field-Tested (FT) is the kill-counter version of a Classified USP-S for CS2, from The Kilowatt Collection. The skin drops from the Kilowatt Case, and the counter lifts the price about two and a half times over the regular version.
What the StatTrak™ USP-S | Jawbreaker looks like in Field-Tested
According to Valve, the pistol is painted in glossy custom paint, with a barking dog drawn along the body from the grip to the suppressor. The suppressor carries the words "GOOD DOGGY". The caption for the finish is "I said "sit"!".
For the StatTrak™ USP-S | Jawbreaker this wear is allotted a float of 0.15 to 0.38. That is almost a quarter of the skin's scale, which runs from 0.00 to 1.00. Wear is fixed when the item drops and does not change afterward.
Where the StatTrak™ USP-S | Jawbreaker came from
The finish was made by Samolee. He titled his Steam Workshop submission "USP-S | Doggy [PBR]" and uploaded it on November 10, 2023. The description of the submission is just the title; the author left no words about the idea behind it.
The StatTrak™ USP-S | Jawbreaker appeared on February 6, 2024, when The Kilowatt Collection was added to the game. Valve picked seventeen finishes by community authors for the case. The finish's number in Valve's catalog is 1173.
What to check before buying
What matters when buying a StatTrak™ USP-S | Jawbreaker:
- the counter reading: it passes to the buyer unchanged and cannot be reset;
- float: the closer to 0.15, the less wear;
- stickers and a name tag already applied to that copy of the StatTrak™ USP-S | Jawbreaker.
There is no choosing the StatTrak™ USP-S | Jawbreaker by pattern, because it is the same on every listing. Between 0.15 and 0.38 there is room for a difference that makes comparing several listings worthwhile.
A counter reading can be exchanged with another item using the StatTrak Swap Tool, but only with an item of the same type: the counters then change owners.
What the StatTrak™ USP-S | Jawbreaker costs in Field-Tested
Against the regular USP-S | Jawbreaker in the same wear, the counter raises the price about two and a half times. Counter versions in the other wears, set against this one:
- Factory New costs five times as much;
- Minimal Wear costs almost double;
- Well-Worn is about a fifth cheaper;
- Battle-Scarred is about a fifth cheaper.
Below Field-Tested the price falls only slightly: Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred stand level with each other.
Among Classified StatTrak USP-Ss, only the USP-S | Cortex is cheaper. The USP-S | Monster Mashup follows at about three and a half times the price, and above stand the USP-S | Caiman, USP-S | Serum and USP-S | Orion.
Getting the StatTrak™ USP-S | Jawbreaker
The Kilowatt Case drops the counter version as well; there is no separate case for it.
A contract also yields the counter version, but only StatTrak skins can go in as inputs: regular ones cannot be mixed with them. The Kilowatt Collection has three Classified skins: the M4A1-S | Black Lotus, Zeus x27 | Olympus and this USP-S. The chance at it is one in three.
StatTrak and Souvenir
The regular USP-S | Jawbreaker without a counter is a separate product with its own page and its own price, and in Field-Tested it is noticeably cheaper. A Souvenir release cannot be combined with a counter: the game has no Souvenir items with StatTrak.
Stickers and craft on the StatTrak™ USP-S | Jawbreaker
On the counter version, decide the build ahead of time: the reading cannot be zeroed, and applied stickers and a name tag stay with the listing.
Who this wear suits
Field-Tested on the StatTrak™ USP-S | Jawbreaker is worth buying under these conditions:
- you want a kill counter on a Classified USP-S for CS2 with a glossy dog on the body;
- price matters more than clean paint: Factory New with a counter costs five times as much;
- a float anywhere from 0.15 to 0.38 is fine with you.
If you have no use for the counter, the regular version in this same wear costs noticeably less.
