What the XM1014 | Zombie Offensive looks like in Factory New

The base is brown and ochre, with the zombie collage laid over it. The figures are drawn in dark brown and beige, and orange, pink and green blotches are scattered between them. The artwork runs along the barrel, the tube magazine and the receiver. The handguard is dark gray with lengthwise ribs, while the grip and stock are light gray.

In Factory New the paint is intact along the whole barrel and on the handguard ribs. Wear is fixed when the skin drops and never grows afterward, so a copy with a clean body stays that way.

Where the XM1014 | Zombie Offensive came from

The finish was drawn by oKeyush, and Valve's catalog lists it under number 1135. The Dreams & Nightmares Collection went live on January 21, 2022, and this shotgun has been part of it since release. In the release note Valve wrote that the case holds 17 finishes from the Steam Workshop, chosen through the Dreams & Nightmares contest.

Pattern: how the color falls
