★ Bowie Knife | Ultraviolet (Field-Tested)

The ★ Bowie Knife | Ultraviolet in Field-Tested (FT) is a Covert-rank bowie knife for CS2 in a black and purple palette. It carries the ★ mark and drops from the Spectrum Case and the Spectrum 2 Case. This wear is assigned floats from 0.15 to 0.38, while the whole scale of the finish runs from 0.06 to 0.80.

What the ★ Bowie Knife | Ultraviolet looks like in Field-Tested

The blade is dark gray and matte, with a saw along the spine and a smooth curve toward the tip. The handle is black, while the guard, the rivets and the cap on the butt are painted a saturated purple. Valve's description says individual parts are painted in flat color, in a black and purple scheme.

Purple sits on small parts: the guard, the rivets and the cap. Wear is locked in at the drop, and the wide band yields both tidy copies and heavily scuffed ones.

What to check before buying

When you pick a ★ Bowie Knife | Ultraviolet, pay attention to the following:

• float: in this wear the ★ Bowie Knife | Ultraviolet spans 0.15 to 0.38, where you find both nearly clean bodies and visibly scuffed ones;

• name tag: a bowie can take one, but the knife has no stickers;

• artwork: the pattern index makes no difference on the ★ Bowie Knife | Ultraviolet.

What the ★ Bowie Knife | Ultraviolet costs in Field-Tested

Measured against Field-Tested, Well-Worn costs an eighth more, Minimal Wear nearly half again as much, and Factory New almost five times as much. Battle-Scarred is level with Field-Tested.

Among Covert bowie finishes, Ultraviolet stands in the lower half of the row. Black Laminate is a tenth cheaper, Scorched a little cheaper and Urban Masked level, while Night and Freehand are a few percent dearer. Safari Mesh, Boreal Forest and Bright Water cost less. Crimson Web is almost twice as dear, Case Hardened more than twice and Slaughter almost three times.

Getting the ★ Bowie Knife | Ultraviolet

The knife drops from the Spectrum Case and the Spectrum 2 Case, and its wear is random at the drop. The second route is the craft: five Covert skins from one collection yield one rare special item, but chance decides both the model and the finish. A specific bowie in this finish is bought only as a ready listing.

Is there a StatTrak version
