What the ★ Driver Gloves | Hand Sweaters look like in Field-Tested

The back of the hand and the fingers are knitted from dark green yarn, and the back carries a diamond pattern in two shades of green with thin yellow lines. The palm is gray-brown, with perforation on the fingers, and the cuff edge has the same brownish tone.

Wear on these gloves reads in the fabric and the leather: scuffs collect at the finger creases and along the cuff edge. Wear is fixed at the moment of the drop, so the buyer gets the pair in the state seen in the listing.

Where the ★ Driver Gloves | Hand Sweaters came from

The gloves are part of The Dead Hand Collection, which Valve released on March 11, 2026. It holds seventeen finishes by community authors, and twenty-two new pairs of gloves come in as rare special items. About the model, Valve says only that the gloves protect against weather and do not take away the sense of touch.

What to check before buying

What matters when buying the ★ Driver Gloves | Hand Sweaters:

• float: the 0.15 to 0.38 stretch holds both even and visibly scuffed pairs;

• the wear in the listing name: Factory New is noticeably pricier than the rest, and Minimal Wear costs twice as much.

At 0.15 and at 0.38, the ★ Driver Gloves | Hand Sweaters in this wear look different from each other.
