Valve calls the Nomad an ergonomic tactical hunting knife with a wide, sturdy blade and inserts in the handle. The blade is wide, with a gently lowered point, and the handle has a round button and a row of small holes. The whole knife is blue-gray, with darker clouds where the masking tape lay during painting. The handle insert is ribbed and darker than the rest of the knife.
