The ★ Shadow Daggers | Autotronic in Field-Tested (FT) are a pair of CS2 push daggers with dark steel and red-pink anodizing. Covert rank, with the ★ mark. The pairs drop from the Operation Riptide Case and the Dreams & Nightmares Case. The finish has five wears and a float scale of 0.00 to 0.85, and Field-Tested takes the band from 0.15 to 0.38 on it.
What the ★ Shadow Daggers | Autotronic look like in Field-Tested
These are two leaf-shaped blades with a ridge down the middle. The steel is dark, and at the base of each blade sits an anodized insert in a red-pink shade. The insert has two rivets, one of them round with a steel mesh: Valve writes that the mesh makes the knife lighter. The frame handles are the same red-pink, with several finger cutouts.
The first things to show wear in Field-Tested are the points of the blades and the edges of the frames. Wear is fixed at drop, and both halves of the pair stay as they fell.
Where the ★ Shadow Daggers | Autotronic came from
The finish debuted in the Operation Riptide Case, and the operation started on September 22, 2021. It was then added to the Dreams & Nightmares Case, released on January 21, 2022.
What to check before buying
Before buying the ★ Shadow Daggers | Autotronic, check the following:
- pattern: all copies carry the same pattern;
- float: in this wear it is a long band, 0.15 to 0.38, so comparing several listings pays off;
- applied name: a name tag is possible on the push daggers, but there is no room for stickers;
- version: a StatTrak pair is listed as a separate item.
What the ★ Shadow Daggers | Autotronic cost in Field-Tested
Here Factory New costs almost twice as much, Minimal Wear and Well-Worn a seventh more, Battle-Scarred three percent more. Field-Tested turns out to be the cheapest wear, though the gap to Battle-Scarred is small.
Autotronic stands in the middle of the Covert finishes on the push daggers: nine cost less, eight cost more. Ultraviolet is level, while Night, Freehand, Damascus Steel and Bright Water are two to four percent lower. Scorched is nine percent higher, Lore a seventh, Stained a quarter. Slaughter is 2.3 times higher, Case Hardened 1.8 times, Crimson Web 1.4 times.
Getting the ★ Shadow Daggers | Autotronic

Is there a StatTrak version
A StatTrak version of the Shadow Daggers | Autotronic exists in the game.
