★ Survival Knife | Fade (Factory New)

The ★ Survival Knife | Fade in Factory New (FN) is a CS2 survival knife with an airbrushed transition from purple, through pink, to golden orange. It is Covert rank, with the ★ mark, and the finish lies in the Shattered Web Case and the Fracture Case. The float scale breaks off at 0.08, so the finish has two wears: Factory New and Minimal Wear (MW). Factory New is assigned the float 0.00 to 0.07.

What the ★ Survival Knife | Fade looks like in Factory New

The color shifts along the blade: blue-violet at the point, crimson and pink at the slot, then orange and gold, and at the heel the tones lighten to beige. The blade carries serrations and a gutting hook, and the handle is black composite with dark gray ribbed inlays. Valve adds that the handle scales are held on with hex nuts.

In Factory New the lacquer with the airbrushed transition lies free of scuffs over the whole blade. Marks land first on the point and the serrations, and the wear stays fixed to the copy as it dropped.

Where the ★ Survival Knife | Fade came from

The Survival Knife entered the game on November 19, 2019, when Valve launched Operation Shattered Web with four new knives. Valve describes it as a multipurpose tactical knife with a serrated edge. Fade comes from the Shattered Web Case and from the Fracture Case.
