ESIC will lift the ban on ToH1o.

The ESIC organization, which monitors compliance with the principles of fair play, issued a statement on Tuesday according to which the Bulgarian e-sportsman Anton “ToH1o” Georgiev will be able to return to coaching again. Last September, he was among several dozen coaches who were banned for using a bug that allowed him to observe the actions of the opposing team. ToH1o was banned from competing for ten months, but later appealed.

In September, an investigation revealed that ToH1o used a coaching bug during two matches in 2018. However, the e-sportsman managed to convince ESIC that the bug appeared during the game by accident, without his deliberate actions, and the organization agreed to lift the ban before its expiration. ToH1o commented to HLTV: “I would like to thank ESIC for their understanding and for giving me the chance to appeal and present a large amount of evidence related to my case.” I'm excited to get back to work and ready to start working with any roster, from any region. I closely followed the events on the professional scene, so I am up to date with all the news!'

ToH1o – This is already the second eSports player from whom ESIC has completely lifted the ban. Previously, forZe coach Sergei “lmbt” Bezhanov managed to prove that he was not at the computer at those moments when the “coaching bug” appeared in the matches that came under suspicion.
