Gamma Doppler series knives are among the most popular and expensive items in CS2. The distribution of colors on the surface of the blade can vary greatly depending on the pattern index, and the cost of the rarest specimens is measured in tens of thousands of rubles. After updating to CS2, the popularity of items with this finish has further increased, since with an improved lighting system they look even more vibrant and unusual.
Although Gamma Doppler skins attract attention primarily as knife finishes, there are also firearms finished in this style – Glock-18 Gamma Doppler pistol. This skin differs from Doppler, which is used exclusively for knives.
Gamma Doppler Phase 1
Before the release of the CS2 update, Gamma Doppler Phase 1 knives were painted approximately 80% black and 20% black-green. This category has perhaps benefited the most from improved visuals. Now, instead of dark green in the color of knives of this type, you can see a mixture of turquoise, blue and a transition from purple to blue. Thus, now all the colors that are used in the Gamma Doppler texture are represented on the blade.
Gamma Doppler Phase 2
The second phase can be called the complete opposite of the first. There are no bright contrasts in the color of this knife, since the entire surface is occupied by a mixture of neon green and turquoise. Due to the close coloring of this skin to the Emerald variant, the second phase is often the most expensive of the four.
Gamma Doppler Phase 3
The coloring of the third phase of Gamma Doppler knives uses a mixture of green and a special shade of turquoise, similar to the color of the sea green. After the update, the spots of black that could be seen on this skin completely disappeared. Thus, you can get a combination of bright green and aqua with fairly contrasting boundaries between the colored areas.
Gamma Doppler Phase 4
Finally, the fourth phase is in many ways similar in color to the third. Its main difference — softer transitions between colors. The result is a new lime color created by mixing turquoise and green. In CS2, this variant of Gamma Doppler Phase 4 looks even brighter than before.
Gamma Doppler Emerald
Finally, the most expensive variety of knives and Glock-18 with the Gamma effect Doppler is called Emerald. In appearance, it differs sharply from the other four phases: the surface of the weapon is completely painted green. Depending on the quality and type of knife, the cost of the Gamma Doppler Emerald can exceed a million rubles.
