Belarusian Nemiga announced that it is transferring its current CS: GO roster to the reserve. In a statement published on Twitter, the organization's management explained this by unsatisfactory results. The team apologized to fans and those who expected high results from it and emphasized that it continues to strive for more. At the same time, Nemiga does not plan to leave this discipline and is going to “not give up and work on mistakes.” The organization is currently looking for opportunities to recruit a new team that will show better results.
The current Nemiga roster was formed in early 2022, when two Russian players joined it – Andrey "BELCHONOKK" Yasinsky and Artem "iDISBALANCE" Egorov. The team also included cybersportsmen from Belarus and Estonia. At the peak of its results in the middle of last year, Nemiga rose to the fourth ten in the world rankings, but it never managed to break higher. Since the beginning of January, after changes in the composition, its results began to decline, so that in the spring of 2022 it dropped below fiftieth place. She remained at the tier-3 level, and in recent months she failed to qualify for any major international tournament.
