The Asiimov series in CS2 consists of five skins: M4A4, AWP, P90, P250 and AK-47. All of them share the same futuristic orange, black and white look. The cheapest is the P250 Asiimov at about $11, while the priciest is the StatTrak M4A4 Asiimov at roughly $490 in Field-Tested. The first skin of the series came out in 2013 and the last one in 2018.
The creator of the Asiimov series is a skin designer known as Coridium. The series was named after the American science fiction writer Isaac Asimov. Coridium is a big fan of his work, and the futuristic design of the skins is clearly inspired by his writing. Another source of inspiration was the science fiction of Neill Blomkamp, known for his movie "District 9." Just look at the black and orange guns that appear in the film to see a definite resemblance.
M4A4 Asiimov

The first skin in this series was the M4A4 Asiimov, which appeared in December 2013 as part of the Winter Offensive Weapon Case. Since its float can only range from 0.18 to 1.00, this skin doesn't come in Factory New or Minimal Wear. Even with the lowest possible wear, it looks a bit worn. Noticeable damage only becomes apparent on Battle-Scarred copies, though, so it doesn't much affect the impression the item makes. The regular version costs from about $75 (Battle-Scarred) to $185 (Field-Tested), and StatTrak Field-Tested is around $490.
AWP Asiimov

Just a few months later, in February 2014, the second skin of the series appeared: the legendary AWP Asiimov. It was included in the Operation Phoenix Weapon Case. This skin's float also ranges from 0.18 to 1.00, so only three wears exist. Interestingly, collectors value not only low-float copies but also Battle-Scarred ones with a very high float (around 0.90 and above), because their scope turns almost entirely black. Today the AWP Asiimov costs about $75 to $105, and StatTrak about $120 to $220. To see how it compares with other finishes for the rifle, check our AWP skins tier list.
P90 Asiimov

In July 2014, the P90 Asiimov was added in the Operation Breakout Weapon Case. It was the first item in the series available in Factory New, as its float ranges from 0.00 to 0.92, so it comes in all five wears. Its price barely depends on wear: the regular version runs about $165 to $230, and the StatTrak kill-counter version costs about the same, up to $290 in Factory New.
P250 Asiimov

In April 2016, the series expanded with the P250 Asiimov from the Chroma 3 Case. Unlike the other items in the series, it features more black and white, with orange present only as a few accents. Coridium's style still remains recognizable: on the side of the weapon, two orange triangles form the letters A and V, matching the skin's name. It is the most affordable Asiimov, from about $11 up to roughly $27 for Minimal Wear, and there is no Factory New version.
AK-47 Asiimov

Finally, at the end of 2018, the latest item to date was added to the series: the AK-47 Asiimov from the Danger Zone Case. Its float is limited to 0.05 to 0.70, so it comes in all five wears. Since the AK-47 remains one of the most popular weapons in CS2, clean copies are in steady demand: Minimal Wear costs about $55, Factory New roughly $290, and the cheapest copies about $35. Other options for this rifle are covered in our AK-47 skins tier list.

Interestingly, the Asiimov series is not Coridium's only work in the game. The same designer also created the Tec-9 Isaac. It was initially named Asiimov as well but was renamed when it was added to the game, because its color scheme differs significantly. Overall, Coridium's Workshop page includes dozens of skins in various styles. Several others have made it into the game, such as the Five-SeveN Retrobution and FAMAS Valence, although they haven't gained as much fame as the Asiimov series. All three are inexpensive, from a dollar or two in worn condition.
If you want not only to collect the full Asiimov series but also to complement it with style-matching gloves and a knife, a few items are worth a look. Knives from the Autotronic series look quite futuristic, and with some luck you can find copies with the Fade finish where orange dominates. As for gloves, Specialist Gloves Foundation (from about $150) and Moto Gloves POW! (from about $45) look best with black and orange skins. For more ideas, see our orange inventory for CS2. All of these skins are available in the LIS-SKINS catalog.

Five: M4A4, AWP, P90, P250 and AK-47. The Tec-9 Isaac by the same designer is not officially part of the series.
Which Asiimov is the cheapest and which is the most expensive?
The cheapest is the P250 Asiimov at about $11. The most expensive is the StatTrak M4A4 Asiimov at around $490 in Field-Tested.
Why do the AWP and M4A4 Asiimov have no Factory New?
Their float starts at 0.18, while Factory New and Minimal Wear require a value below 0.15, so the best available wear for these skins is Field-Tested.
