I bought a skin on the site, waited 8 days, the price of the item went up, but due to shipping problems I could not get my item. The site refused to send a new item or compensate for the cost of buying a new item when the same items were available.
Similar situation happened to me 3 days ago, then support reimbursed the price without any problems and told me to contact within the first 3 hours next time it happens.
Today I was told that this feature does not exist, and in my opinion, the company should notify users of a change in policy or service as soon as a decision is made, not after an incident has occurred.
