The M4A4 remains one of the most popular rifles in CS2. It began to be chosen even more often after Valve lowered the characteristics of the M4A1-S in one of the updates in 2022, which made using the latter less profitable. It is not surprising that the developers regularly add new skins for this gun. Here are just a few interesting options — from quite affordable to real rarities.
M4A4 The Emperor
The design of the M4A4 The Emperor is inspired by the image of the "Emperor" Tarot card. The drawing is made in three primary colors — blue, black, and gold. A significant part of the body is occupied by the image of a king with a scepter, surrounded by a golden ornament in the shape of the sun. Another remarkable image is located on the magazine — it’s a black bird wearing a crown. The authors of the skin added other decorative symbols reminiscent of royal power and also decorated the butt with an abstract pattern. If you want a rifle that looks truly luxurious, this is a great option.
M4A4 Temukau
Anime-style images occupy not the last place in the design of skins for CS2, and recently another instance has been added to their list. In February 2023, the M4A4 Temukau from skinmaker f0rnez was added to the Revolution Case collection. The inscriptions are in Japanese and English, a blue and white background with pink accents, and an expressive image of a girl throwing a smoke grenade — this skin definitely cannot be confused with anything.
M4A4 Poseidon
But the M4A4 Poseidon appeared in the game quite a long time ago, about eight years ago. In full accordance with the name, mythological motifs are used in its coloring. A significant part of the body is occupied by the image of Poseidon, who strikes sea creatures with a trident. And on the fore-end, surrounded by air bubbles, there is a spear aimed at the enemy.
M4A4 Eye of Horus
Another skin on a mythological theme — M4A4 Eye of Horus. It was added as part of the Anubis Collection, much of which is dedicated to the myths and treasures of Ancient Egypt. The body is painted in light, bright colors. On the magazine and the handle there is an image of a flying falcon, which was considered one of the symbols of the god Ra. The picture is complemented by a feather ornament on the butt.
M4A4 Spider Lily
Another skin that should not be ignored is the M4A4 Spider Lily. The bright red flower design on a dark blue background makes it instantly recognizable, and the dark blue ornamentation on the fore-end and body goes well with the gray grips and stock. This skin appeared in the game in 2021 and has been in constant demand ever since.
