In CS2 you can apply up to five stickers to a single skin, move them freely, rotate them and layer them over one another — which means the right stickers can spell letters and whole words right on the weapon. Valve never released a dedicated "A-Z" set, so letters are built from team logos, player autographs and graffiti that resemble the shape you need. Below is the whole alphabet: which sticker to take for each letter (every name is clickable and opens the sticker's page on LIS-SKINS with an image and price), how to assemble words and which letters are the hardest to build.

Table of contents

How it works

A single skin holds up to five stickers, each of which can be placed anywhere, rotated and scaled, and partly scraped (there is no mirror or flip in the editor). That is exactly why "uneven" logos can spell tidy text: extra edges are hidden by overlapping a neighboring sticker or by scraping.

Keep in mind: a sticker is applied for good, and the only way to take it off is scraping — after which it is gone forever. So plan the order and placement of the letters in advance. For how to buy and apply stickers, read the separate guides: how to buy stickers and types of stickers.

The cost of a letter comes down entirely to the sticker: team logos from old capsules cost cents, while rare or foil variants are many times pricier (see the most expensive and rarest stickers).

The alphabet: which sticker for which letter

For each letter, suitable stickers, a sample image and clickable names: the link opens the sticker's page on LIS-SKINS with an image and price. Many logos also work upside down, so there are more options in practice.

A

Logo Astralis as the letter A for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

A is one of the easiest letters. A clean A comes cheaply from Astralis; Apeks, SAW and Lambda upright (Λ resembles A) also work. It is a common letter with plenty of cheap options.

B

Logo Flipsid3 Tactics as the letter B for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

B is rarer and pricier. The classic is the collector Flipsid3 Tactics logo; cheaper is to cover the excess of the BF 2042 sticker or take Shifty Tactics.

C

Logo London Conspiracy as the letter C for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

A tidy C comes from the angular London Conspiracy logo, but it is rare and not cheap. A budget swap is the Fast Banana and CT in banana graffiti, where the banana shape reads as C.

D

Logo Outsiders as the letter D for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

D is one of the simple ones: the Outsiders logo costs cents and is almost a ready-made D. Other options are the rounded Great Wave graffiti or the flipped "p" of paiN Gaming.

E

Autograph ANGE1 as the letter E for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

A clean E is hard to find, so people use autographs. The ANGE1 signature from Katowice 2019 works cheaply (around $1): the first letter reads as E, and the rest is covered by a neighboring sticker. There is also the Ethan autograph.

F

Logo FaZe Clan as the letter F for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

F is almost always built from the FaZe Clan logo — paper versions cost next to nothing. The Flipsid3 Tactics shape also fits, and it doubles as a B.

G

Logo Evil Geniuses as the letter G for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

G is an easy letter. The Evil Geniuses logo sits cleanest with no edits; GamerLegion and the rare, pricey LGB eSports also work.

H

Logo Heroic as the letter H for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

H comes from the recognizable Valkyrie helmet of Heroic — a cheap and very handy letter. An alternative is the modern IHC Esports logo.

I

Graffiti Flashbang as the letter I for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

I is the simplest letter; almost any vertical element works. The Flashbang graffiti is popular (cheap), or the Ouchie plaster, which you can rotate.

J

Logo CR4ZY as the letter J for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

J is often swapped for a digit: the four in the CR4ZY logo reads perfectly as J and costs a dollar or two. The Hello MAC-10 and Hello M4A1-S barrels fit the shape too.

K

Logo SK Gaming as the letter K for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

K is an unusual letter. A clean one comes from the SK Gaming logo (cheap). If the K is mid-word, you can slot in the keev autograph and cover the excess.

L

Graffiti Hello MP7 as the letter L for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

L is easy to build from the Hello series: the Hello MP7 and Hello SG 553 silhouettes form the corner of the letter (cents). The LNZ autograph also fits.

M

Logo Monte as the letter M for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

M is simple and cheap: the recent Monte logo reads as M for next to nothing, and the updated MOUZ works too. The pricey Clan-Mystik is one for collectors only.

N

Logo Nemiga as the letter N for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

N is common and costs cents — for example the Nemiga logo or the classic Team EnVyUs. The same sticker turned 90 degrees becomes a Z; there is also the No Pats graffiti.

O

Logo 9INE as the letter O for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

O is any round sticker, so it is an easy, cheap letter. A neat circle comes from 9INE; compLexity Gaming and ENCE also work.

P

Logo paiN Gaming as the letter P for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

P is almost monopolized by paiN Gaming: a cheap logo that also flips into a d. The handiest option for this letter.

Q

Logo 9z Team as the letter Q for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

Q is one of the rarest letters. The nine in the 9z Team logo saves the day (a few cents), reading as q; among autographs the qikert works if you cover the tail.

R

Logo Reason Gaming as the letter R for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

The perfect R comes from the legendary Reason Gaming logo from Katowice 2014, but that is a showcase piece worth thousands (around $6,700). For an actual craft, people take the cheap rain or REZ autographs.

S

Logo Splyce as the letter S for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

S is a common letter. A literal S comes from the snake in the Splyce logo (cheap); the Shara autograph is cheaper still.

T

Logo Titan as the letter T for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

The cleanest T is easiest from Titan, but Katowice 2014 costs thousands (around $3,900). More practical is the sword in the ESPADA logo (a lowercase t) or a flipped Cloud9 logo.

U

Graffiti Teamwork as the letter U for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

U is built from Teamwork (Holo) or from the London Conspiracy logo turned on its side; a cheap, reliable option is Ultramarines. An uncommon letter, but an inexpensive one.

V

Logo Vitality as the letter V for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

V comes from the bee logo of Vitality, stylized specifically as the first letter of the name; Virtus.Pro with its bear and ViCi Gaming also work.

W

Logo Avangar as the letter W for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

W is handy because the Avangar logo reads both upright and flipped. The Wildcard "cap" was made specifically for W; there are plenty of W's in the INS autographs too.

X

Logo Vexed Gaming as the letter X for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

X is a rare letter. A diagonal cross sits on the Vexed Gaming logo (not cheap), crossed blades on Legendary; clean, cheap X's are almost nonexistent.

Y

Sticker Lambda as the letter Y for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

Y is easiest by turning Lambda upside down — a cheap trick. The old Avangar (Boston 2018) and the yay autograph give a similar shape.

Z

Logo ECSTATIC as the letter Z for sticker crafting in CS2 (LIS-SKINS)

Z is an N turned 90 degrees: take ECSTATIC, Nemiga or Team EnVyUs (cents) and rotate. A rare letter, but easy to assemble.

Ready-made letter combinations

Some stickers already contain ready-made letter combinations:

  • EZ — the ready-made EZ sticker, costs a dollar or two

  • GGGood Game

  • GLGood Luck or the GamerLegion logo

  • IM — the iM autograph (Austin 2025)

  • OG — the OG logo (cover the "G" if you only need the O)

  • BF — the BF 2042 sticker

How to spell a word with stickers

The principle is simple: for each letter take a sticker from the alphabet above, apply them in order and, where needed, overlap a neighboring sticker to hide extra detail. For example, the word WIN is built from Avangar (W), Flashbang (I) and Nemiga (N), and FADE from FaZe Clan (F), Astralis (A), Outsiders (D) and ANGE1 (E). Remember the limit: a single skin holds no more than five symbols.

Player autographs are a story of their own: almost every letter has a signature starting with it, so people spell nicknames and whole phrases out of autographs. Extra tails of a signature are hidden under a wider sticker on top, and if you pick autographs in one style and color, the text looks natural. This is the easiest way to write short words and names — GG, EZ or a favorite player's nick, for example.

Tips

A few practical notes before you start:

  • Cheap letters. Common logos (Astralis, Vitality, FaZe, Evil Geniuses) from old capsules cost next to nothing — they are the cheapest way to spell a word.

  • Expensive and rare letters. Q and X, plus the legendary R (Reason Gaming) and T (Titan) from Katowice 2014, have few options or cost thousands; foil and holo (holographic stickers) are brighter but also pricier.

  • The order is irreversible. A sticker cannot be repositioned — only scraped off and lost, so plan the layout before buying.

  • Where to look. All the stickers you need are easy to find on the LIS-SKINS market; for what to take for crafts, see the best stickers and best capsules roundups.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a ready-made A-Z set in CS2?

No, Valve never released a dedicated alphabet. Letters are built from team logos, player autographs and graffiti that resemble the shape you need.

How many letters fit on one skin?

A single skin holds up to five stickers, so a maximum of five symbols, and fewer with overlapping. Long words have to be abbreviated or spelled with fewer letters.

Can I move or remove a letter?

A sticker cannot be repositioned. It can only be removed by scraping, after which it is gone for good, so it is worth planning the layout in advance.

Which letters are the hardest to build?

The hardest are Q and X — there are few clean options — plus the pricey R and T if you want the legendary Katowice 2014 logos (they cost thousands). Z, though a rare letter, is easy to build: it is a rotated N logo. Vowels and common team logos are the simplest and cheapest.
